This is my character!!! With the help of Fellier who was making characters for people at school like a year ago. I don't know if it's copywrited to Fellier or not though...
Anyway as for Fellier's 100 DA Challenge, this is #28 Sorrow

Oh I do that all the time! XD Only I use Gimp or Photoshop otherwise I would kill my computer in fustration at having to use paint :XD:
